Bringing together the best sides of indie pop, rap and even some vaporwave influences, comes the latest release from duo Neon Dreams, who are on the brink of making the big time.

‘House Party’ is the anthemic lead single from upcoming album The Happiness of Tomorrow (out on 13th November and available for preorder now), exploring lead singer Frank Kadillac’s ventures into party culture as a metaphor for growing older. The song walks a thin line between euphoria and melancholy, creating an emotive anthem which will appeal to fans of bands such as YUNGBLUD and Bastille.

Their music has often been compared to coming-of-age soundtracks, and it’s true that there is something raw and emotionally driven about the track. The album was, for the most part, conceived during quarantine, and therefore promises to speak to so many young people who have felt their chances at making something of this year have gone up in smoke.

The day before their album is released, the 2020 JUNO Award winners for Breakthrough Group of the Year will embark on a 12-date tour of Atlantic Canada. Frank Kadillac and Adrian Morris are taking advantage of the COVID-safe Atlantic Bubble that enables them to perform for fans in person at selected venues, making them the only band touring in North America for the remainder of 2020.
