Star Goes Nova is an EDM trailblazer. She creates fantastical sonic soundscapes using her 115 year old grand piano with power drums and deep bass music. She blends instrumental and electronic elements, transcending time, space, and thought.

Her influences include Blackmill, Glitch Mob, Illenium, Pink Floyd, Yes, Porter Robinson, and pianist Yiruma. “I follow anything Space and often the Falcon 9 rocket or Hubble galaxy sonification are in my music,” says Star Goes Nova.

She just released her new single “Moonlight Beat with Sonic Butterfly.” This space-ambient song features Sonic Butterfly, a 26 string acoustic, chromatic, long-string harp designed and played by Andrea Brook. The strings are at minimum 60ft long and often strung over 200 feet long. With “Moonlight Beat with Sonic Butterfly,” she creates another reality in which you feel as though you are walking through a Medieval castle in a future galaxy. She entrances the listener with sonically stunning landscapes.
