Americana sibling duo, The Luck, are fast climbing the dizzying heights towards fame, and are “one to watch” says The Sunday Express. Their debut album, Ready to Run has already reached #1 in the UK Country iTunes chart, and they most recently garnered national attention when ‘The Luck and Friends’ (the first virtual ‘festival’) was streamed on Twitch to over 560k unique viewers.

It’s unsurprising then, that this sudden rush of popularity has led to some feelings of being overwhelmed. This is the theme for their latest single, titled ‘Vertigo’, which details the feeling of life being out of control. It’s the perfect example of “negativity being channelled into positive energy,” says Max of the track, and of how he and sister Esme worked through their negative emotions together to create a relatable and empowering track. It’s a song which encourages us to conquer those moments of fear and insecurity.

Supported by the fans who logged on to watch them perform live on Twitch for free each week, the band have been able to take everything in their stride, and create a song which tells the story from both sides, feeling overwhelmed and also overcoming it and continuing to move forward and climb to those heights, “living in vertigo,” as the song calls it.
